Because we want your hospital stay to be as comfortable as possible, we believe it should begin with a smooth and expedient patient registration/admissions process.
To register for inpatient admission, outpatient procedure or pre-admission, please go to our Registration/Admissions Department located on the first floor off of the main lobby. From there you will be escorted to your next destination.
When checking in for inpatient or outpatient services, you may be asked to provide personal and financial information about yourself and consent to the Patient Rights and Responsibilities. The information you share with our trained admissions representative becomes part of your medical record and is kept strictly confidential.

Come prepared to pay your patient portion including co-pays, deductibles or self-pay portion.
Pre-Admission Testing
Some patients are required to undergo simple pre-admission testing prior to admission. These tests are typically scheduled by your physician’s office one week to one day prior to surgery. For your convenience, Pre-Admission/Registration is in the same location as Outpatient Admitting.
Arrival Times (unless otherwise indicated by the Admissions Associate):
- Outpatient Diagnostic Procedures – 30 minutes prior to appointment time
- Outpatient Surgery – 2 hours prior to appointment time
- Inpatient Surgery – 2 hours prior to appointment time
What to Bring for an Overnight Stay:

- Medications from home
- Electric radio, fan or other appliances
