Strength Training
Get fit for life! A group personal training session (limited to 6 participants), designed to help you build your strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and stability. It focuses on proper form and technique that will enable you to reach and maintain your goals. Includes prescriptions and nutrition overview and journaling for each person. Remember, together everyone accomplishes more!
Class meets on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
