S.P.A. - Speed, Power and Agility
Increasing your speed, power and agility is the focus of this program. Dare to be challenged in this intense one hour class set up with a variety of stations that will require you to dig deep and push hard! Beginner to advanced (can modify).
Class meets on Saturdays from 8:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
***Group training class with personal trainer - $5.00 per session.
