Exercise FUN-damentals

 

Six one hour, one-on-one training sessions focusing on weight, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and improving your flexibility and endurance.

Cost: $240

 

 

Training Program Objectives:

  • Determine your current level of body fat
  • Obtain baseline measurements of your trunk and extremities
  • Learn how to assess your target heart rate specific to your goals
  • Understand which muscles need to be strengthened or de-emphasized to allow for prime performance
  • Learn which exercises are best to meet your aesthetic expectations
  • Understand the essentials of nutrition
  • Demonstrate proper technique in performing common exercises
  • Receive a personal exercise program at the conclusion of this course

 

Course design:

During the first session, we’ll get to know you better so we can gather some baseline data and make sure we understand YOUR goals.

 

In each of the five additional sessions, you’ll learn the correct way to exercise with one of our personal trainers. Receive a SouthCrest Wellness & Sports Medicine Center diploma at the conclusion of the course.
