SouthCrest Surgicenter charges a facility fee for each surgical procedure performed by your surgeon. This facility fee includes the cost of a basic medical history, nursing care, routine drugs, anesthetics, supplies, the use of an O.R. or procedure room, monitoring equipment and the use of admitting and discharge areas. 

You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon, anesthesiologist (if utilized), and any other professional services you may receive in the course of your procedure, such as pathology or radiology.

Patients with insurance are asked to pay their co-payment and any outstanding deductible as a deposit on the day of surgery. We will bill your insurance company as a courtesy. 

If you have no health insurance or are having cosmetic surgery, you will be asked to pay the facility charge on or before your date of surgery. 

SouthCrest Surgicenter accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, cashier’s checks and cash.
