Meet Our Physicians
Jim Harjo, D.O., Family Medicine, joined SouthCrest Family & Maternity Care, after practicing with Koweta Indian Health Facility in Coweta the past four years. Dr. Harjo will practice along side Dr. Matthew Stevens, Dr. Daniel Studdard, Dr. Dan Nicoll, and Kizzy Webb, P.A. Prior to this, Dr. Harjo was Physician Clinic Director for the Creek Nation Community Hospital.
Dr. Harjo received his B.S. degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Tulsa and obtained a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. Dr. Harjo trained in Tulsa at the In His Image Family Practice Residency and is currently adjunct clinical faculty for the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Harjo is board certified in Family Medicine. He is also an active member of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Family Practice and the American Osteopathic Association.

Matthew Stevens, M.D., Family Medicine/Obstetrics is in practice at SouthCrest Family and Maternity Care with Jim Harjo, D.O., Daniel Studdard, D.O., Dan Nicoll, D.O., and Kizzy Webb, P.A., a practice affiliated with SouthCrest Medical Group. Previously with Family Medical Care of Tulsa, Dr. Stevens has enjoyed 13 years of practice in the Tulsa area.
Dr. Stevens received his Medicine degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine before completing residency training in Fort Worth, Texas. He served for seven years in the United States Air Force over the period of Operation Desert Storm, and was honorably discharged before settling in Tulsa in 1995. He also serves on the obstetrics teaching faculty of In His Image Family Medicine Residency in Tulsa.
Dr. Stevens is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians and the Christian Medical and Dental Society. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dan Nicoll, D.O., Family Medicine/Obstetrics, is in practice with SouthCrest Family and Maternity Care with Jim Harjo, D.O., Daniel Studdard, D.O., Matthew Stevens, M.D. and Kizzy Webb, P.A., a practice affiliated with SouthCrest Medical Group. Previously, Dr. Nicoll was with Family Medical Care of Tulsa.
Dr. Nicoll served as Chief of Staff of SouthCrest Hospital from 2008 - 2009 . He has also served as chairman of Obstetrics and Surgery at Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center in Poteau, Oklahoma, before coming on board at SouthCrest. Dr. Nicoll received a B.A. degree from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. He received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.
He is board certified in Family Medicine and residency trained at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, with an emphasis on advanced obstetrics, including cesarean sections. He also serves as part-time faculty for In His Image Family Practice Residency, the University of Oklahoma Family Practice Residency and Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Nicoll is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, Oklahoma Academy of Family Practice, American Osteopathic Association, Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.

Daniel Studdard, D.O., will be joining the practice beginning March 1. He has been practicing on the SouthCrest campus for the past four years as a member of SouthCrest Medical Group and a private practice. Many of you may remember him from when he was a part of Family Medical Care along with Dr. Harjo, Dr. Stevens, Dr. Nicoll, and Kizzy Webb, P.A.
Dr. Studdard received a B.S. degree in biology from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and a Doctor of Osteopathy from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. Kizzy Webb, P.A., joined SouthCrest Family and Maternity Care, practicing with Adam Myers, M.D., Matthew Stevens, M.D. Jim Harjo, D.O., Daniel Studdard, D.O., and Dan Nicoll, D.O., after most recently practicing with Family Medical Care of Tulsa.
Ms. Webb received a B.S. degree in biology at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma, followed by a Master of Science/Physician Associate degree at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.
