Paul Whitham, D.O., Obstetrics & Gynecology, will be joining SouthCrest Medical Group, August 4, after practicing with Women’s Health Center of Pryor the past 6 years.  Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Dr. Whitham moved to Oklahoma to begin his first practice in Pryor as a second career.  He had previously worked in farming and construction before returning to school.

Dr. Whitham received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Ingham Regional Medical Center/Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan.

Dr. Whitham is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Whitham is excited to be able to relocate his practice from Pryor to South Tulsa and continue providing quality care for his patients.  “I consider communication the most important part of each patient’s visit and allow each person plenty of time to describe their health concerns and ask questions.”

In his free time, Dr. Whitham and his family enjoy sailing, water sports, fishing and gardening.  They have participated in a mission trip to China and look forward to future mission trips.  Dr. Whitham and his family enjoy being active members of the community and are proud to call Oklahoma their home.
