Kaveh Kermanshahi, M.D., Family Practice, has been practicing family medicine in the Tulsa area since 1993.  He joined SouthCrest Medical Group after most recently practicing at Family Medical Care of Tulsa, Inc. He joined Kala Omstead, D.O. and DeWayne Geren, D.O. to form Signature Family Medicine. 

Dr. Kermanshahi’s past professional experience includes practicing medicine in Sweden, where he earned a medical degree in 1988 from the University of Uppsala School of Medicine in Uppsala, Sweden.  Dr. Kermanshahi is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.  He is fluent in Farsi (Persian) and Swedish.
