Jeffrey W. Howard, M.D., Family Medicine, practiced with OMNI Medical Group in Tulsa prior to joining SouthCrest Medical Group.  A member of Mingo Valley Medical Group, Dr. Howard is in practice with Afsar Emery, D.O., M.P.H.; H. Dwight Hardy III, D.O.; George M. Pendell III, M.D.; Gerald Seefeldt, M.D. and Patrick VanSchoyck, M.D.

Graduating from Abilene Christian University with a B.A. in biochemistry, Howard attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where he received his medical degree.  Dr. Howard is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and Oklahoma Academy of Family Practice.
