Treatment Philosophy

I consider myself a tissue rehabilitation specialist that follows a pathology based model called Target Tissue Training (Kelsey).  While I sometimes utilize various forms of manual therapy (techniques to modulate neuromuscular tone), my emphasis is on load controlled exercise.  These philosophies assist in the reconditioning of involved tissues to promote long lasting functional recovery.  My experience and specialization lie in general orthopedics.
