New Mothers and Moms-To-Be Exercise Program
The SouthCrest Wellness and Sports Medicine Center wants new mothers and moms-to-be to be healthy and in shape for their new arrival. Through a six-week personal training program designed specifically for expectant or new mothers, you can be confident that you are exercising in a safe, comfortable environment.
The personal training program will provide you with a full body workout complete with handouts after each session; fitness assessments (body fat, weight, body measurements, blood pressure, etc.); fitness testing including strength and cardiovascular evaluations and goal setting.
The weekly, hour-long sessions will provide instruction on which exercises are best suited to you and how to properly exercise so that you can have more energy, strength and confidence as you prepare for your big day or recover from it. All sessions will be held at the SouthCrest Wellness and Sports Medicine Center and can be scheduled by calling (918) 357-7478 or stopping by our front desk.
