SouthCrest Medical Records (Health Information Management) maintains patient-specific data and information to assist in the patient care process, to facilitate continuity of care and to serve as the financial and legal record of treatment. Medical Records is located on the first floor of the hospital and the hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
