Imagine your out-of-state children or traveling family member having the opportunity to check in on you-with your permission of course-virtually anytime! One of the most difficult issues with a hospital stay is a family member not being able to visit or stay with the patient for extended periods. PatientView solves that problem, making it both convenient and worry-free for everyone. In addition, if your "visitor" has a built-in camera on their computer, you can actually conduct live, two-way video conversations!

NurseView allows our nursing staff to monitor patient activity even when the nurse is not in the room. Both SouthCrest and CareView respect your privacy and the last thing we want is to make you feel uncomfortable in any way... in fact it's just the opposite. Your satisfaction with our customer service is always at the top of our list. That being said, rest assured that if for any reason you wish to discontinue the use of any of the CareView services they can be quickly and easily turned off by the patient or at the nurse's station.
